Tai Ji Quan - 36, 48, 64 Forms
Tai Ji Quan practice consists of three levels. Level 1: 36 Forms, Level 2: 48 Forms, and Level 3: 64 Forms.
Tai Ji Quan (also known as Tai Chi), a Chinese art of internal combat, teaches people how to be in harmony with themselves and nature. Therefore, it is "wisdom transformed into action." It is a holistic training system in the style of ancient traditions. It encompasses all dimensions of the human being: physical, mental, and spiritual. Through proper breathing, these are energy exercises that enable the flow of energy to be integrated. In Tai Ji Quan, we speak of SOFT power.
It is suitable for all age groups and, because it does not require previous experience in other sports or arts, it can be considered an excellent introductory art to internal arts.
