Inner Arts Family Tree

Tang Li Long is a 15th-generation descendant of the Wudang Xuan Wu Sect and abbot of the Jingshan Secret Immortal Temple Taiji Monastery in Danjiangkou City, Wudang.

Tang Li Long was trained by Grandmaster You Xuande, the 14th-generation leader of the Wudang Xuan Wu Sect.

In 1999, he was awarded the title of "Excellent Taijiquan Teacher" by the Wudang Mountain Special Administrative Region Government.

Tang Li Long has been a lifelong Taoist. In 2000, he participated in the first International Wudang Boxing Friendship Competition and won first prize in his category.

Between 2006 and 2008, he was invited to Germany to teach Wudang Internal Martial Arts.
In 2010, he took both his local and international students to the 4th World Traditional Wushu Festival, where he won dozens of gold and silver medals.

In 2016 and 2018, he won the Gold Medal for Outstanding Performance in Contemporary Styles, the Gold Medal for Famous Artists' Performance, and the Gold Medal for the 5th and 7th Wudang International Wushu Performances.

He was also honored with the title of Distinguished Heir of Wudang Martial Arts and a True Inner Practitioner.

In 2017, he won the "Excellence" Award at the first national Dao De Jing (Tao Te King) Calligraphy Competition held on Mount Wudang.

In March 2025, the Chinese Calligraphy and Wudang Taijiquan Exhibition was successfully held in Italy and Serbia.

Tang Li Long is a student of the Dao (Tao). He has studied and collected hundreds of ancient texts on the Master Treasures and Classical Works of Chinese Medicine, as well as modern and innovative teachings in this field.

He has unique perspectives on Feng Shui, Meridian System Theory, Qi Guidance, the Inner Elixir Path (Neidan), Daoist Massage, and the Pressure Point System for Health.

İsmet Himmet (You Li Han) is one of the world's leading teachers in his field, having representatives and students in many countries around the world. He is a master of Chinese Internal Martial Arts, studied for many years in the People's Republic of China, and spent years teaching in the Wudang Mountains.

He was the first Western teacher to open a school in China (Wudang Mountains and Hainan Island).

Adnan Erzen began his internal martial arts journey in 2005. He is known for his many years of experience training in Tai Ji Quan, Qi Gong, Bagua Zhang, and Wudang Jian (sword) disciplines, his contributions to the development of internal arts in Turkey, and his active role in international organizations. He continues his work as both a trainer and an organizer, guiding students on a profound journey toward mastery.

• He began his Tai Ji Quan and Qi Gong training with Seçkin Köknar in 2005.
• He focused on traditional forms, breathing, balance, and basic energy exercises.

• In 2013, he received intensive Tai Ji Quan and Qi Gong training at İsmet Himmet's school in Berlin.
