Master Tang Li Long, a living representative of the Wudang internal arts family tree, is a 15th-generation master of the Wudang Xuan Wu Sect and abbot of the Taiji Monastery at the Jingshan Hidden Immortal Temple.

A direct disciple of Grand Master You Xuande (the 14th-generation leader of the Wudang Xuan Wu Sect), Master Tang is one of the most respected figures carrying the unique lineage of traditional Wudang internal arts to the world.

In 1999, he was honored with the title of "Excellent Taijiquan Teacher" by the Wudang Mountain Special Administrative Region Government. Since 2000, he has won gold medals in international Wudang competitions and has been an invited instructor in Europe numerous times.
He is also a Distinguished Heir of Wudang Martial Arts, a True Practitioner of Internal Arts, and a student of the Dao (Tao) path. He has profound expertise in Feng Shui, Neidan (Internal Elixir), Qi guidance, the Meridian System, and classical Chinese medicine.
